I gathered so many stories during this trip to the East Coast that it’s hard to pick one to share with you. But somehow, one managed to stand out and stick in my head. It’s about a stranger I met who reminded me to put down the iphone and look around! Live in the moment, be present, and don’t get caught up in all things “Hollywood.” Thank you, Ellis!
August 22nd, 2010Thanks to all of you who helped raise money for the Gay & Lesbian Center! We had a blast at the YPC Beach Volleyball Tournament and can’t wait to take it to the courts again next year! We were able to raise over $2,000 as a team and $40,000 collectively. Such an amazing day and a great cause! On behalf of the Real L Word girls and friends – THANK YOU so much for your donations and support!!

August 5th, 2010“Movie night” was actually Oscar® Night (on mute) at Stamie’s house. I was so happy to have my family come over, even though it was thrown together so last minute. It was probably one of the most difficult days of filming though, because it seemed as if something was off in the air and the planet was at a tilt.
