You agree?

I always have to remind myself to slow down and take in the experience rather than focus on the end goal.

Easier said than done. When I was younger I thought exercise was to keep your weight down. Now I have realized its to keep your mind in check.

A positive mind is open to everything and everyone. A mind that only thinks of the negative won’t get you very far in life. It will keep you in the same space and you will live in fear.

Does that sound fun? Living in “fear”, which stands for false evidence appearing real.

Let’s make a change and begin to Free our minds. That’s what I am working on.
