Stamie K and Tracy Ryerson: Open House in LA

Beautiful sunny LA and my listing in the Hollywood Hills. Great day to have an open house and to have Tracy help me. This house is mid-century, 4bdrm, 4 bath with an open floor plan and amazing view. Thought I would share since people love to look at real estate and how other people live. It was 85 degrees on the day we shot and 50degrees the next day. Keeps all of us guessing.
